Overhaul
Maintenance, repair, retrofitting, and modification of pump-to-point lubricatorsOur Workshop Operations
Thanks to many years of experience, we at Roesen GmbH are able to repair almost all common and legacy pump-to-point oil lubrication systems.
And this is how it works:
- You send us a device and request an functional check.
- If possible, we perform an initial measurement, clean and inspect all parts, and create an inspection report with all findings.
- We then provide a repair proposal—including the initial measurement results and a binding quote for the repairs, covering any necessary spare parts (whether currently in stock or to be manufactured).

Overhaul of common and rare oilers
An overview of lubricator models for various applicationsOur workshop is equipped to repair almost all common and historical pump-to-point oil lubrication systems. Do you have a model that is not shown here? Just ask us—we will find a suitable solution!
This speaks in favor of repairing the existing devices.
Repairing equipment makes sense for reasons beyond just sustainability. In many cases, the principle "never change a running system" applies. If a currently faulty lubricator has kept a system running for decades, it is logical to first inspect the unit for its operational status and signs of wear.
Lubrication is a key factor in ensuring the "smooth" operation of a compressor; the lubricator therefore plays a fundamental role within the entire production plant. Repairing or restoring it requires no modifications or adjustments to the overall system—unlike the integration of a new component. In some cases, an exchange is not easily possible anyway.
Another reason to opt for the repair of a lubricator relates to its drive mechanism. Some of the existing systems use a direct drive, as not all of them have their own power supply.
In most cases, repairing the lubricator is more cost-effective—not least because of the additional expenses that would arise from the modifications required if a new unit were purchased instead.
Roesen combines decades of experience, in-house manufacturing, repair and Reverse Engineering. Every repaired oil lubrication pump is tested according to defined quality and testing guidelines before it leaves our facility.
